1. Processing Time

  • Delivery estimates​ are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are possible and outside our control.
  • Shipping costs​ are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected service.

4. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

  • Customs & Import Duties:​ For international orders, the recipient is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees​ that may be levied by the destination country. We cannot control these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
  • Customs Declarations:​ All packages will be accurately labeled with the contents and value as required by international shipping regulations. We cannot mark orders as “gifts” or underdeclare values.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number​ and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to activate on the carrier’s website.

PLEASE ENSURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT.​ We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping at an additional cost.

  • Lost/Damaged Packages:​ While rare, if your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. For lost or damaged packages, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. We will provide full support, including proof of shipping and order value, to assist with the claim process.
  • Shipping Delays:​ We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs inspections, or other events beyond our control.
