All of our service levels include

Product Warranty

  • We offer a 12-month limited warranty​ on all TOJUMPX flashlights and accessories against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • The warranty period begins from the original date of purchase as verified by your order receipt.
  • This warranty covers repair or replacement of defective products at our discretion. It does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, modification, or unauthorized repairs.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Hassle-Free Returns:​ If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition (unused, in original packaging with all accessories) within 7 days​ of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
  • Exchanges:​ We are happy to exchange your item for a different model or color within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Return shipping fees for non-defective items are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We process orders within 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
  • Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • For technical support or usage questions related to your flashlight, please have your model number ready.

Genuine Parts & Repair

  • We use only genuine TOJUMPX parts for all repairs conducted under warranty or paid service.
  • Repair times may vary depending on parts availability and the nature of the issue. We will provide an estimated timeline upon receipt of your product.

How to Request Service

  2. Get Guidance:​ We will provide you with troubleshooting steps or authorize a return if needed.
  3. Ship (if required):​ For warranty assessment or returns, ship the product to the address we provide, including the RMA number clearly on the package.
  4. Resolution:​ We will process your request promptly—through replacement, repair, or refund—and keep you updated at every step.
